What challenges did our customer face?

Due to a regulatory requirement, our client had to initiate a significant platform redesign. Having identified that the project was running 6 months late, with the resulting impact of having to switch off 80% of its revenue, our client knew it needed help.

What did we do?

Aldemis was first engaged to provide an external point of view of the situation and work through remedies. We continued the engagement to oversee the delivery past the regulatory deadline and transitioned out a few months later.

We engaged when the project was estimated to take 11 months to deliver, while the regulatory deadline was due in 6 months. We delivered a first release in time for the regulatory change and a subsequent release a month later. There was no adverse impact on the company's revenue.

Outcome

Our client avoided any revenue loss and rebuilt confidence in their technology team. Our engagement also fostered discussion between technology and the business, and we helped ensure that they understood each other and worked towards a common goal.
