Businesses that want an honest read on their technology without committing to a full review. Often that is a founder who suspects something is wrong but cannot yet name it, a board that wants a second opinion before approving a large spend, or an investor taking an early look at a company before deciding whether deeper diligence is worth the money.
It is also the sensible option when the answer might be "nothing serious". Paying for a full review to be told your platform is fine is an expensive way to get good news.
We use AI to do the groundwork that would otherwise take a consultant a fortnight: reading the codebase, mapping dependencies and their known vulnerabilities, checking the cloud configuration, and reading the git history and issue tracker for how the team actually works. That is the part machines are genuinely good at, and it is why this costs a fraction of the full review.
A partner then reviews everything the analysis produces before it reaches you, discounting the false positives and deciding what actually matters at your stage. No finding is sent without a partner having read it and stood behind it.

A thirty-minute call to start. Enough for us to understand the business, what the platform is for, and what you are worried about. Context changes which findings matter.
Then we run the analysis and produce the report, with a partner reviewing every finding before it goes anywhere.
An hour to go through it. We walk you through the main findings, you ask whatever you want about them, and we tell you which ones we would act on first.
A written report with an overall risk score and a scored breakdown across security, dependencies, engineering health, infrastructure, scalability, licensing, process, code quality and documentation. Every finding is graded, evidenced, and paired with the steps to fix it.
It does not analyse what you spend. Cost is part of the full health check, not this one.
You also get an honest statement of confidence. Where the analysis is firm, we say so. Where it points at something that needs a human to dig further, we say that too, rather than dressing up a maybe as a finding.
This is the difference worth understanding before you buy. Essentials reads your systems; the full health check reads your organisation. It does not include the interviews across engineering and the business, and that matters, because delivery problems are usually human before they are technical. A tool can see that releases keep slipping. It cannot see that two teams have been quietly disagreeing about ownership since February.
